AI for the Non-Technical Founder

From Constraints to Creation — and Into Connection

By Edward Jacak, Editor humanAi Insight and Non-Technical Founder of Sixth City Technologies, LLC.

I’ve spent my career helping scrappy startups scale — turning chaos into systems, call centers into engines, and broken operations into investor-ready organizations. I’ve worn every hat: IT admin, data analyst, process designer, product manager, and, more times than I’d like to admit, therapist.

These were low-budget, high-stakes ventures, and I learned to solve 80% of any challenge with grit, creativity, and a lot of Excel hacks.

But I never built something for myself.

For years, I carried around ideas I believed in — meaningful ones — but like many non-technical founders (NTFs), I lacked a technical cofounder. Without one, I stayed stuck. Trapped between ambition and reality. Parenting, work, and life all pulled focus while my best ideas gathered dust in notebooks.

Then came generative AI.

With tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok, everything changed.
These models became my extended brain. My design partner. My dev shop. My editor. My CTO.

I now use nine everyday AI setups — what I call agent interns — to replace what once required an entire team.

From legal filings and tax structuring to spinning up a VPS with six active websites and full email hosting… from researchers, fact-checkers, and copywriters to podcast script writers, brainstorming partners, Python scripting, database design, and AI-powered journalists — each agent intern operates with the best practices of its craft.

And in the last 30 days, the agent interns and I:

  • Started a new LLC with two active divisions
  • Launched a media brand called humanAI Insight
  • And launched a daily podcast that breaks down how AI is reshaping everyday life

Now, we’re setting our sights on something even closer to the heart.

The agent interns and I are going to see if we can launch a next-level co-parenting mobile app — one that’s been living in my head since a year after my divorce back in 2017.

An app designed to help separated parents manage life across two homes. To reduce stress. To support emotional wellness.
And most importantly — to help dads like me show up better for their kids.

All of it powered by AI as my technical cofounder.

And this time, I’m not keeping the process to myself.

This site — Founding With AI — is where I’ll document everything. Wins, missteps, pivots, and prompts.

If you’ve ever said:

“I have a great idea, but I don’t know how to build it,”
this space is for you. A place to be inspired by the journey you could take.
Because the path forward might just start with something unexpected —
Vibe Coding.

My next part forward will be with AI and I am going to try vibe coding to bring my idea to life!

If you haven’t heard the term before, Vibe Coding is about designing not just functionality — but feeling. It’s an approach rooted in design, psychology, and software development that aims to create digital experiences that resonate emotionally and relationally.

As a non-technical founder, I may not know how to build in React or deploy a relational database, but I do know how people should feel when interacting with tools meant to help them.
Especially something as emotionally charged as a co-parenting app.

So, here’s the experiment:
Can Vibe Coding — paired with AI — bridge the gap between idea, execution, and MVP for a scrappy non-technical founder?

I’m going to find out by prompting my way into screens, flows, and interactions that foster calm, clarity, and connection — not just checkboxes and functionality.

That’s what human fit looks like — and that’s what I’m building toward.

Let’s see what’s possible, together.
